Yellow curry soup
Sunny , healthy, full of tastes and flavors from the East! A lot of ingredients , each adding its own advantages and gives energy. Well worth it! 🙂
Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the butter, fry the onion and garlic – for around 5 minutes. Add curry paste and turmeric. To a pot of broth add the lentils and potatoes ,let it boil. Cook over a low heat for around 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and cook for a minute. Add the rest of the spices and tamari sauce .
