Pound Cake with Raisins

I bake pound cake mainly in the holiday period. I associate it especially with Easter and I adore the smell of warm pound cake filling the air all over my home. Today I have a recipe for a quick and easy pound cake with raisins. What cakes do you associate with Easter?

 

Preparation:

Combine dry ingredients, mix flaxseed with hot water and set aside for a dozen minutes or use one egg instead. Stir in wet ingredients. Grate the zucchini and blend everything. Add scalded raisins. Grease the cake tin, transfer the dough into it and bake for about one hour at 180 degrees Celsius. Leave the cake in the oven to cool. Melt the chocolate in water bath and pour it over the pound cake.
