A Cold Remedy Potion
Seasonal fatigue? Infection? It’s time to boost your health! I always use home remedies in such situations. One of them is a shot with warming spices, which I always have in my kitchen. Their combination supports your immune system in the fight against infections. It’s both anti-inflammatory and antibacterial! Of course, you can also use the recipe as a preventive measure, when you are caught in the autumn rain or freezing wind.
Preparation:
I added ginger to boiled water, stirred in the cayenne pepper and turmeric. Then I let it brew for a while with the lid on. At the end I added a teaspoon of honey (it’s worth waiting a bit not to mix honey with hot water) and a lemon slice. Ready!
