Shape body action – day 24!
Again all-day menu. Today strawberries for lunch! 🙂

BREAKFAST
- millet (1 cup millet boiled in water)
- 1 grated apple
- a few walnuts
- 1 teaspoon honey
LUNCH
a bowl of fresh strawberries
DINNER
Gluten-free tortilla
- 1 cup ground linseed
- 4-5 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 eggs
I mixed all the loose ingredients, broke eggs into and kneaded the dough. Next I divided it into 4 parts. Each part was rolled out between sheets of baking parchment. Then I lay the tortillas on a baking tray and baked them for 5 minutes in 190ºC. Vegetables for tortilla: pepper, mushrooms, olives, lettuce, red onion and good sauce e.g. lentil hummus.
SUPPER
Chicken salad in green
I half cooked broccoli and grilled chicken breast. Next I cooked quinoa. After that I cut it all into pieces and mixed. I added green peas, sliced cucumber, avocado and a little of diced goat cheese. I made sauce from olive oil, lemon juice and herbs.
