When I'm visiting my mom's I'm always looking forward to using fresh herbs from her garden.
Usually, the king of the Easter table is our Polish vegetable salad, covered in mayonnaise. I recommend and alternative :).
I'm often told not to exaggerate and let myself loose, at least during holidays. That all people can and should get rid of all the eating rules during holidays.
Easter recipes are still on :) Eggs will rule most of the tables probably. Mine will definitely include dried tomatoes and avocado stuffed eggs, without mayonnaise.
Just warm up and do it!
