Avocado and tomato soup
I have already written about the health benefits of avocado many times, e.g. HERE. I love incorporating it into my meals and share new recipes with You. Today I offer You a delicious and nutritious soup with avocado and tomatoes.
Preparation:
I washed and peeled vegetables, deseeded and destoned where necessary and then cut into small pieces. Then I soaked the tomatoes in boiling water, peeled and cut them and put into a bowl. Then I blended everything until smooth and added the spices. In the end, I sprinkled the soup with walnuts.
Preparation time: 15 minutes!
