BACK TO ROUTINE #NoChallenge

There’s no denying that autumn is coming real soon. Can you visualize spending time in front of the TV, under a blanket and with a cup of hot tea? This is of course one of the options. However, I have prepared a different one for you and I hope you will go for it. Here it is: BACK TO ROUTINE #NoChallenge.

 

You will probably ask: why no challenge? The answer is very simple! It’s high time to think about the things we enjoy and to feel every day that we can’t wait to take the next step. This is the easiest solution to achieve our goals 🙂 We shouldn’t try to force anything, but rather respond to the needs of our body 🙂

 

 I have created a new training program for you in the Diet & Training by Ann application, but that’s not all! Taking care of your well-being means not only getting the right amount of physical activity but also thinking about rest and regeneration. Always remember about harmony! Therefore, I will encourage you to use the Balance function available in the application. There you will find soundtracks to help you fall asleep after a difficult day, relax in a moment of fatigue and expand your knowledge through podcasts. This way you will consider what your body needs to survive the autumn and winter season in good health. After all, prevention is definitely better than cure, right?
