BAKED CODFISH WITH MIXED SPICES

Just be patient :).

Clean codfish carefully and score it.

Prepare the marinate in a separate bowl: red pine mushroom oil/olive oil, spices, garlic, masala spice blend, curcuma, balsamic oil and sea salt. Cover the fish with the marinate. Put two slices of lemon and rosemary inside the fish. Let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.

Take the lemon out, place it on a casserole and put in the oven for 30 minutes, in 200 degrees.
