Banana-Chocolate Ice Cream

You know that in my opinion, a healthy lifestyle is not a series of sacrifices! On the contrary – a healthy lifestyle allows you to combine duty with pleasure. That is why my diet in the summer must include ice cream. Especially this good! Bananas and dates are great sources of potassium, while dark chocolate and cocoa provide magnesium and the pleasure of eating. Bon Appetit!

 

Preparation:

The day before making the ice cream, I peeled the banana and put it into the freezer. I poured boiling water over the dates and set aside for about 10 minutes. Then I blended the frozen banana with the drained dates and cocoa. I put the ice cream in a bowl and sprinkled it with grated chocolate. A perfect recipe for hot days. 🙂
