I'm often told not to exaggerate and let myself loose, at least during holidays. That all people can and should get rid of all the eating rules during holidays.
Easter recipes are still on :) Eggs will rule most of the tables probably. Mine will definitely include dried tomatoes and avocado stuffed eggs, without mayonnaise.

Winter is really hard on us as it isn't very eager to give us sunlight. I hunger after sun and colours so I decided to put them on my plate :)
Early spring. It's definitely a hard time - we're exhauested after winter and its diseases.
