Breakfast Egg Muffins

On Sundays most of you have more time to prepare breakfast. What’s more, you often write to me that you love to celebrate Sunday mornings with your family. I understand it perfectly, because meals eaten together are also invaluable to me. That’s why today I encourage you to make egg muffins for breakfast! Thanks to their original appearance and unusual form of serving, they make even fussy eaters’ mouths water 🙂

 

Preparation:

I scrambled the eggs and diced the pepper and tofu. I added flour to the eggs, stirred in the spices, pepper, and tofu. I combined all the ingredients and them poured the mixture into muffin cups. I baked them for 15 minutes at 180°C.
