Carrot cake with almonds
Carrot cake is one of our favourite desserts so I like to prepare, modify and reinvent it over and over again 🙂 Today I prepared a version made with gluten-free oat flour.

Preparation:
I heated the oven to 180°C. I grated the carrots and ground the oat flakes. Then, in another bowl, I beat the egg whites with maple syrup. I added the yolks and the remaining ingredients, and mixed everything. I transferred the mixture into a baking mould lined with baking paper. I baked it for about 60 minutes.
