CHOCOLATE AND BEETROOT CAKE – MY FAVOURITE!

Christmas is over, but that doesn’t mean that there are no more occassions for baked, sweet goods.

New Year’s Eve and carnival are still ahead of us! Sweets are obligatory! 🙂 They can be healthy – we already know that. Today – my favourite beetroot brownie.

Blend beetroots with dates (but don’t overblend it). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Put the dough into a baking tin and bake it for 50 minutes, 180 degrees, air flow. Let it cool down in the oven after baking. When it’s cold, cover it with avocado mousse (recipe HERE). Decorate with fruit.
