Chocolate Cake

Is there anything better than chocolate cake? You only need a quarter of an hour to prepare this chocolate dessert. I recommend serving it with fresh seasonal fruit which provide a tart counterpoint to the sweetness of the cake, and are rich in valuable vitamins! 🙂

 

Preparation:

I pre-heated the oven to 180°C. I melted the butter in a small saucepan. Then I poured it into a big bowl and whisked it with eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.Then I added some baking powder, soda, flour, mixed thoroughly and at the end stirred in the chocolate chips. I transferred the batter into a form lined with baking paper and baked it for about 30 minutes. I let the cake cool before taking it out of the mould and decorated it with seasonal fruit 🙂
