Chocolate Chia Pudding

Do you know why I like chia seeds so much? They are a great source of fatty acids that are crucial for our bodies and are converted into Omega-3. These acids have anti-inflammatory properties which boost immunity as well as the overall condition of the organism, including the brain.

On the practical side, they are perfect in desserts! You have probably already come across the popular chia puddings. Today I want to share with you the recipe for one of my favorite versions of this dessert. And what’s your number one option? 

 

Preparation:

I mixed the chia seeds with the coconut drink, honey, and cocoa and refrigerated the mixture overnight. It’s worth mixing the pudding once more before you go to bed so that it is more smooth when it thickens. I decorated it with chopped nuts on the next day. Easy and delicious!
