I know it’s the middle of the week and most of you won’t have the time to spend long hours in the kitchen. That’s why I have a recipe for a quick, easy and amazingly chocolate-rich zucchini cake 🙂 I can guarantee it will win your hearts as the way leads through the stomach 🙂
I grated the zucchini, waited for a while and dried it with some paper towels. I put all the dry ingredients into a bowl. I whipped the egg whites and then blended the soaked dates with the banana. I combined all the ingredients and stirred in the frozen fruit. Next, I transferred the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper and baked the cake at 180° for about 40 minutes.
