PUMPKIN MOUSSE WITH BANANA AND MIXED SPICES

How about a jam that makes you think about Christmas?

Pumpkin mousse with banana and mixed spices

Put your pumpkin to hot water and cook it until it’s soft. Drain the water and add bananas. Put butter, curcuma, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla inside and let it stimmer for a little while.

Blend it all and add a spoon of psyllium seed husks at the end. It will do you good after all this Christmas gluttony 🙂 it works like a digestive enzyme and regulates the work of intestines. Psyllium seed husks are also used in peptic ulceration, irritable bowel syndrome and gastrointestinal irritation.

Put it all into a jar.

You can eat it both hot and cold. It’s perfect for cakes and sweets.
