Delicious and with no remorse! That’s how I want to tempt you into trying this coconut mousse made from millet groats. Summer is coming so let it be coco and fruity 🙂 Garnish with Your favourite fruit to make it taste just the way You like it.
You often ask me about the coconut mousse available in my shop. I admit – that’s my little addiction. Being a ‘cocomaniac’, I adore its heavenly taste:) The mousse I offer comes solely from certified ecological farming and is produced by grinding coconut flesh. It is thicker than coconut milk and at higher temperatures the texture is like thick cream. It is great for cakes, desserts, mousse or cocktails. The mousse is rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron.
Coconut pudding with millet groats!

Preparation:
I cooked millet groats in coconut milk over medium heat. Then I added two tablespoons of coconut mousse and blended everything until smooth. I transferred it to a bowl with fruit. And the pudding is ready!
