Cough Syrup

Onion syrup has been used in folk medicine for ages for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It’s a perfect way to fight cold and cough. It also facilitates expectoration and cleansing of the respiratory tract. I truly recommend it to everyone!

 

Preparation:

I peeled the onions and sliced them. Then I finely chopped the garlic, put the vegetables into a mug, covered them with honey and put the lid on for about 2-3 hours. Use one teaspoonful of the syrup several times a day.
