Diet to Boost Your Immune System

As you may have noticed, the latest content on my blog focuses on the topic of immunity, which is best cared for holistically. Vitamins: C, E i A

As usual, we focused on the variety of vegetables and fruits, and especially those foods that are rich in vitamins particularly important for the proper functioning of the immune system, i.e. C, E and A. The meals contain berries, apricots, apples, plums, citrus fruit, spinach, red pepper, kohlrabi, beetroot, cabbage, broccoli, kale, and many, many more.

Omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, selenium and copper

There will also be sources of unsaturated fatty acids in the form of nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and fish. In addition, the menu includes products rich in zinc, selenium and copper: good quality meat, lentils, cocoa, dark chocolate, buckwheat.

 

Dietary fiber and the power of spices

We have also used products rich in dietary fiber, which supports the intestinal microbiota (chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, leek, barley, oats, garlic), and the addition of aromatic, warming spices: ginger, turmeric, thyme, oregano, cloves, and cinnamon.
