GLUTEN-FREE fritters for kids – an idea for second breakfast

Let’s agree that there are little children, slightly bigger kids and really big ones :).

Who among us doesn’t sometimes feel like having fritters? The following recipe is very simple to make, so no one should have any problems with its preparation. You can make these fritters for your child’s lunchbox when they go to school or, for example, on a vacation trip. Then the adults will get the chance to take a bite, too :).

Preparation:

I mixed all the ingredients together to create the batter, much like with pancakes. I heated a bit of fat in the pan and soon started frying medium-thick fritters. They can be served hot, e.g., with strawberries or blueberries. Or you can take them to school! 🙂
