Vegetables stew with Indian spices!
Summer season in on;) I realize that during the heat wave not everyone is smiling when thinking about cooking in the kitchen, but I also know people who are not too happy about eating daily green salad and they prefer cooked vegetables. Today, I suggest vegetables stew with Indian spices;) – I saw that you enjoyed the Indian soup so we also smuggled a bit of Asian flavour here :))
Vegetable stew is a very delicious, simple and quick alternative for dinner. You can also prepare such vegetables for lunchbox and take with you on a journey or to work.
Vegetables stew with Indian spices!
Preparation:
Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber in the shape of crescent,diced the tomatoes into cubes, and the cut pepper into slices, removing the nest. Cook the ghee butter in the pan,add pressed garlic and finely chopped onions and simmer in the pan. Add vegetables and sliced soaked dried prunes / raisins and spices. Add a little water and cook on a small heat.
When the vegetables softened and the water had not evaporated, drain away the water.
On a separate hot, dry pan, fry almonds flakes ..
