Egg Wrap with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
What do you associate wraps with? With processed pancakes served in fast food restaurants…? Let’s do away with this approach and prepare a new flourless version of your homemade wrap! This is one more recipe on my blog that uses eggs and is an interesting alternative to the classic omelet 🙂
Preparation:
I finely chopped the chives, drained the dried tomatoes and cut them into strips. I cracked the eggs into a bowl, beat them and mixed them with chopped chives, water and spices. I heated the oil in a pan, poured in the egg mixture and fried a pancake. I put the spinach and dried tomatoes onto the pancake and rolled it all up. I cut the wrap into smaller pieces.
