Ginger Crumpets with Peach
I’ve already posted lots of recipes for pancakes so now it’s time for… crumpets. It’s hard to ignore the fact that recipes for such dishes are so simple and quick to prepare (it’s by far their biggest advantage! – not to mention their taste of course). Fall is in the air so there must be some warming ginger and cinnamon, too.
Preparation:
I combined all the ingredients: warm plant milk, egg, flour, yeast, grated ginger, and coconut sugar. I cut the peach into strips. Then I heated the butter in a pan and poured the butter forming small crumpets and placing a slice of peach onto each one. I fried them until golden brown. Then I sprinkled them with cinnamon and decorated with some blueberries.
