GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE BANANA COOKIES!

As you probably know already I really like coconuts. Make it coconut water, oil, flour or flakes…

It doesn’t only taste awsome, but it also has many nutrients. The most valuable ones are saturated acid fats that accelerate metabolism and are very rarely seen anywhere else.

What’s more, coconut flour is gluten-free and has the biggest amount of fiber of all the flours.

So I guess it’s essential that my banana cookies have some coconut flavour, isn’t it?

Coconut flour banana cookies

Mix it or blend it all. Put it into molds sprinkled with coconut oil (or any other fat). Bake it for 20-25 minutes in 180 degress. Leave it in the oven to cool down.
