Easy banana-oatmeal muffins

Today I prepared a recipe for quick and easy muffins. You will make them in no more than 5 minutes, then just a little while in the oven and you can indulge in their delicious taste 🙂

I enriched them with some acerola. Acerola has countless benefits, and the most important one is its rich content of vitamin C. That’s why it is great for autumn and winter, the season when our immunity is more often weak and we catch a cold. You will find more information about acerola HERE.

 

Preparation:

I blended all the ingredients. Then I greased my muffin tins with clarified butter and poured in the dough up to 3/4 of the tin. I sprinkled each muffin with acerola powder and baked them for about 15-17 minutes at 180°C.
