Gluten-Free Bread – the Easiest Recipe

At present most of us finally have time to take care of ourselves. As you probably know, healthy nutrition is key.  And you can have healthy, balanced meals for yourselves and your families without leaving your homes. 

Maybe some of you have discovered that hidden talent for cooking and baking? No worries if you haven’t because today I have a really easy recipe for delicious gluten-free bread 🙂 Check if you have all the ingredients and let’s get down to work!

 

Preparation:

I used a food processor for this recipe. I put all the ingredients in the bowl, added the yeast (I prepared them following the recipe on the packaging). Then I mixed everything, covered the dough with a kitchen towel for 30 minutes to let it rise. I preheated the oven to 220 C degrees. Next, I transferred the dough into a bread tin greased with ghee. I baked the bread for 30 minutes, I took it out from the oven and let it cool.

*you can use fresh yeast – about 30g (in this case you have to prepare  yeast solution beforehand)
