Gluten free heart – shaped cookies!

This year I will not propose donuts, I have to admit , I had no inspiration to invent new ones;) Instead, I propose  something quick, and easy with no problems in the kitchen, and it will satisfy each stomach 🙂

Crispy heart-shaped cookied

Preparation:

Prepare the dough from flour, cereals, sugar, eggs and coconut oil or ghee butter. Add the cinnamon, grated ginger, orange juice, cinnamon and baking powder. Wrap the dough in the baking paper. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then roll, adding cranberries and cut the cookies.

Put in the oven and what is important, bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, dissolve the ingredients for chocolate glaze. Once done pour over the biscuits and leave to cool down.
