Granola with spices – crushes viruses :)
Winter is a time of infection and cold for many people. Instead of going to the pharmacy, choose natural products that can support your immune system. During this period, I often add warming spices to dishes. Today, I suggest you reach for granola, which thanks to appropriately selected ingredients, such as turmeric, cinnamon and honey, can help our bodies to protect themselves against viruses 🙂
Granola with spices
Preparation:
I soaked buckwheat over night. Then I drained the water (if there was any), I added all the ingredients and mixed it. I warmed up the oven to 80 degrees Celsius. I place the mixture on the baking tray and i have place it in the oven. I’ve been baking it for a few hours, checking now and then if the granola is already crispy.
This is called a healthy mixture 🙂
