PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD. GLUTEN AND DAIRY-FREE!

The recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free just like in paleo diet.

The bread is moist and yummy!

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Put all the ingredients (besides pumpkin, cocoa and honey) into a bowl and mix.

Mash the banana. It should have the same consistency as the dough (if there are a few visible pieces it’s fine though). Put the dough into a loaf tin (oil it first).

In a separate bowl mix pumpkin puree with cocoa and honey. Put the mix into the dough and spread it with a knife or a toothpick (make a zig-zag).

Bake it for about 35-40 minutes, until it’s dry inside.

Let it cool down and then take the tin off 🙂
