Green Deviled Eggs

The egg is a symbol of Easter. I can’t imagine Easter breakfast without it. However, we shouldn’t eat eggs only occasionally. Why? Because of their nutritious value. Eggs are a valuable source of numerous nutrients essential for the proper functioning of our body. They are a good source of complete protein, phosphorus, iron, and zinc. They also contain magnesium, potassium and copper.

The high nutritional value of eggs is also determined by the presence of significant amounts of fat-soluble vitamins and B vitamins. Eggs are also a good source of lecithin, the main component of which is choline, which  protects against the accumulation of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels. When buying eggs, pay attention to their origin. And today I’ve prepared a recipe for green deviled eggs.

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients apart from the eggs, add a bit of olive oil. Prepare hard-boiled eggs. Halve them lengthwise, add yolks to the stuffing and blend again. Season the filling with salt and pepper. Stuff the egg whites with the paste.
