Green ice cream

Why did I bring out vegetable and fruit Lio Shake in Foods by Ann? There are many reasons for that and I have mentioned them many times. I introduced them because they retain nutritional value of the product, they make travelling more convenient, shorten the time needed to prepare a meal and thanks to them you can simply enjoy vitamins and minerals out of season. There is also one more great reason ?

For a culinary maniac like me, Lio Shake makes new creative ideas possible and gives unique opportunities to combine different flavours. I might not have come up with the idea to mix spinach leaves and turn them into ice cream. But with spinach Lio Shake at hand, I invented it in no time ?

Preparation:

Drain cashews and blend them until smooth with dates and coconut milk. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Pour into moulds of your choice and freeze overnight.
