Green Smoothie
Autumn is outside the windows. It’s a good idea to start taking care of your immunity now to stay healthy and strong during this time that puts extra strain on our well-being ?
This green beverage is rich in vitamins and minerals, such as A and C vitamins, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, and iron. Don’t forget to add some honey, which of course also has lots of health-promoting properties (bactericidal, fungicidal, prebiotic).
A real health and energy boost! ?
Preparation:
I juiced the lemon. Then I peeled the kiwi and the banana. I cut all the fruit into smaller pieces and blended with the remaining ingredients and a bit of water (so that the smoothie is not too thick).
