Homemade Mayonnaise

Some people can’t imagine Easter without mayonnaise. Others are aware that it’s high in calories and fat and cut it out on purpose, even during Easter. I have a solution that should satisfy both groups. It’s homemade mayonnaise in a healthier and lighter version.

 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients. Eggs should be at room temperature. Pour the oil in slowly while still blending.
