Hot cocktail with carrots, coconut sugar and ghee butter

Diet is the key! I always repeat it.

Today, a healthy carrot smoothie. You often ask about ghee butter. Recently I described its properties, and tomorrow I will share a recipe how to make it yourself at home;)

Ghee  butter is mainly used in the kitchen: for cooking, frying or making a stew. It can also be used for baking (instead of butter or oil) and as a base for soups and sauces. Due to the high content of vitamin E, it is also used for skin care.

Ghee butter has a soothing effect on the digestive system, because it does not raise the cholesterol level. After consuming it, it increases the level of interferon (an antiviral substance). It can be consumed by all the people regardless their age.

Preparation;

Boil the carrot and then add crushed banana and the rest of the ingredients to it. Cook everything together for a few minutes and blend it.
