EGG STUFFED POTATOES

Easter recipes are still on 🙂 Eggs will rule most of the tables probably. Mine will definitely include dried tomatoes and avocado stuffed eggs, without mayonnaise.

The recipe is exceptionally quick and easy, so don’t hesitate even if you don’t consider kitchen your kingdom 🙂

Preparation:

Boil your eggs hard. Cut them in half and take the yolks out. Take the flesh out of the avocado and put it into a bowl, add yolks, tomatoes and spices. Blend. Fill in the egg whites with the stuffing. We’ve eaten them instantly so I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture! 🙂
