Pumpkin and banana smoothie
Pumpkin season is on and im super happy about it! I like pumpkin in any kind of form. Rosted, boiled or in a soup its adding a unique flavor to dishes and invaluable nutritional value.
Its rich in iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Its quite universal when it comes to preparation,it can be servedas spicy, sweet and savory. It has low calories and its easy to digest, so it can be used during weight loss diets. Pumpkin contains carotene – more orange in color = more carotene.
Today I’ve decided to use pumpkin to make cocktail 🙂

Preparation
Bake the pumpkin on the top shelf of the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 200 ° C . You can also cook the pumpkin . I prefer baking . cut the pumpkin in half, clean of the seeds and put into the oven without removing off the skin . After baking remove the skin and blend it along with the rest of the ingredients .
