Light steamed meatballs

Time for a meat recipe. It will be easy and fast to prepare, and at the same time very tasty. I prepared steamed meatballs and I have used a poultry meat to make it. Remember, however, to buy meat from a reliable source, especially poultry, because poultry is most often “stuffed” with drugs.

Preparation:

Wash the meat and blend it. In a pan, on coconut oil, simmer garlic and onions. Place the meat, egg, coconut flour, spices, onion,garlic and grated courgette into the blender. Mix it together, form the meatballs and steam it for around 17 minutes.
