Little drops of heaven, a simple date and oats cake

 

Ingredients:

150g of oats

200 g of dates

4 tablespoons of maple syrup

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 handfuls of walnuts

cinnamon

a pinch of baking soda

2 scoops of vegetable protein vanilla or chocolate flavor (optional)

 

 

A method of preparing:

Soak the flakes in warm water for about 1 hour, and soak the dates in boiling water for about 30 minutes.

Blend dates with cocoa powder and maple syrup, add oats and blend it, add the rest of the spices. At the end add the nuts.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes in an baking tray (rectangle shape), remember to  placed the cake batter on a baking paper.

Once done, leave it in the oven to cool down.
