“Dear Ann, I am sending this photo to you in a special moment for me. It has been almost a year since I have decided to radically change my approach to living, nutrition and physical activity. Many times I tried to make changes. First summer of 2015 just after your first DVD – Karate Cardio. As you can guess, the dvd was covered with dust until June 2016.
I will never forget how I couldn’t go through the first warm-up exercises without even taking a short break – then I quickly surrendered – “It’s not for my” i thought and probably went to eat something . That’s what I used to look like. i was motivated … but only for a brief moment. Until this point i still couldn’t understand that it is difficult to face high obesity alone. Draconian diets from the Internet, little exercise, nighttime eating just to feel guilty the next day. day is again..Jojo effect, lack of energy and, unfortunately no enthusiasm for life;
Everything changed when I tried your Diet by Ann! I managed to complete the first week, so I thought – why not? 😉 And I started!It was exactly in June 2016.At first, I was quite skeptical – after the first few days I noticed first of all a change of mood – I was more and more open to this program. For the first effects I did not have to wait long – they made me continue and not to give up. Why did I not succeed before? I think the key to success is that Diet by Ann is very diverse and tasty at the same time – we choose the products according to our preferences. An additional advantage is the opportunity to get to know new, healthy dishes using available products including Polish seasonal fruits and vegetables.
In my head there are no excuses – the recipes are perfect for people who are not in the kitchen (like me!) it shows that each of us can cook a healthy and tasty dishes. I met a lot of spices that change the seemingly simple dish into something completely new and amazing. For me it’s a real culinary adventure that I still want to continue 😉 And so it’s been almost a year – I am in completely different place than I was and i am 35 kg lighter! Without doubts with a smile on my face and a daily dose of physical activity, I’m still going toward my dream weight. Yes, the fight for the dream figure is still on! Well, but is it still a fight? For me, it is undoubtedly a part of my life.
