Simple pumpkin pie with chunks of chocolate

It’s a high time to add the recipe for a pumpkin pie with chunks of chocolate I baked a while ago. Perfect for today’s Sunday afternoon 🙂
In the autumn, when the temperature drops, and behind the window you can see more and more gray clouds, you have to do something to improve your mood 🙂 I suggest you always a good workout, and a a healthy cake 🙂

The cake is easy to prepare, mainly it the oven working so everyone can try to make it 🙂

Preparation:

Dice the pumpkin and bake (for about 20 minutes) on a baking paper, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Once done, blend together with the remaining ingredients – except for the bitter chocolate and raisins, which should be added at the end. Stir.

Place a baking paper on to the baking mold with diameter of  26/28 cm (you can buy it HERE), add the batter and place chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Since each oven is different, please use a wooden spatula to check if it is already baked – if the dough inside is wet, please extend the baking time.
