MILLET PUDDING – A MEAL RICH IN CARBS

A millet cocoa pudding is a perfect meal for those athletes who are need a lot of energy that carbs can give them. But obviously not only professional athletes can enjoy this delicious meal. It’s a perfect second breakfast or en evening snack.

Preparation:

Boil millet in coconut milk, medium heat. Add dates at the end of the process. Add spices when it’s ready, except for salt. Add cocoa and chokeberry juice. Blend it all until it’s smooth and dates are mixed with millet. Put it into a glass container, sprinkle with salt and fruit.

Pudding is ready!
