My philosophy of HEALTHY LIFESTYLE- 3 main principles!

Because there are still questions about principles of my HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, today I post a little reminder 🙂

What is my philosophy of healthy lifestyle? It’s mostly HEALTH!

It gives you the power to act every day and makes you just want more! Fight for it, for yourself and for your joy. Start in the kitchen:) Everything you eat affect your mood. Diet by Ann will ensure proper functioning of your body, mind and libido. You will quickly notice the results and I promise you will not regret it. I will show you how to take a good care of yourself every day and how to  make yoursefl feel better. You will have new habits and you will never want to go back to your previous lifestyle, empty calories, extra pounds, physical inactivity, and evenings in front of a TV with can of soda in your hand.

The following rules are kind of a base. Remember, however, each of us is different. We have different experiences, habits, gender, height, weight, metabolic type, temperament, tendencies and genes. Therefore, the rules which are good for me, may in detail differ from the rules good for you. Watch your body and your well-being. Listen to the signals it sends you when it protects you from harmful food or from activities that are unfavorable to you. React when the body or mind reports fatigue. Expand your knowledge and persist in your decisions.

If you have struggled with extra kilograms for years or you want to gain weight easily but you can not (i wrote about it  HERE ) but you lack the motivation to fight for health, get yourself  help.

I know some tricks that will forever improve your mood:

  • A thoughtful diet should be the beginning of good change.
  • Use only good sources of knowledge.

If you want to gain weight in a healthy way but you are not able to – just think about healthy nutrition and proper macronutrient balance. If you want to lose weight – similarly 🙂

First and foremost, let your goal be HEALTH and well-being! THIS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS 🙂
