Nut Oatmeal with Berries

I know that most of you look for quick, tried and tested recipes for meals that can be prepared within a few minutes. You can make this breakfast in no time – just pour warm water over the cereal the day before and set aside to soak. In the morning, simply add the remaining ingredients and a delicious, nutritious breakfast, full of antioxidants and healthy fats is ready. Preparation:

I poured water over the flakes and left them to soak overnight. I mixed the yogurt with ground flaxseed, chopped almonds, cinnamon, cardamom, and nut spread. I put the soaked cereal and yogurt into a bowl and added the berries.

I topped it all with fresh mint leaves 🙂
