Quite a lot of recipes on this blog are about breakfasts. I promote the idea of properly composed breakfasts, because they are really significant for our health.
Today breakfast with chia seeds (you can replace them with linseed) and a banana. The banana supplies us with vitamins and minerals (potassium!), but unfortunately, it also has a high GI, so diabetics should avoid it.
I’m still playing with millet. For me it is best in sweet breakfasts. This time it was really sweet because of dates and honey :). You may add some sour seasonal fruit to make it less sweet.
I still try to avoid dairy products from animals. Therefore, today a recipe with rice milk and rice cream. I have always liked rice with apples, it reminds me of my childhood :). Delicious breakfast!
Breakfast in the summer is fresh fruit breakfast! Today I ate an ideal meal before a workout: porridge with pomegranate and raspberries.
We haven’t had millet for a long time! It’s time to make up for it. Today a recipe for an aromatic breakfast with fruit. You can use any fruit available on market stall :). Spices are crucial.
