Eating in between meals is common. We're all busy and constantly lack time and we use it as an excuse. An excuse to eat anything that is available and will make us feel better or less exhausted.

I’ve finished work on a new book! It is coming to bookstores in a few weeks. It's a sizeable compilation of recipes for healthy meals that are built around various ingredients, such as vegetables, meat, and groats.
An easy recipe for a second breakfast. You can also make it first :) You can also use linseed instead of chia seeds, but I haven't tried it yet.
