Kale omelette
It’s a pity that it’s still hard to be bought, because Kale is extremely healthy. I hope that next season there will be more of it, in the market as well. Today my suggestion for supper – Kale omelette.
How I did it. I heated clarified butter in a frying pan. Added Kale and fried it for a few minutes. Next I unfolded the leaves evenly in the pan and carefully poured the eggs that I had stirred before in a mug. I fried both sides in a covered pan. Finally, I put it on a plate, added blanched Kale and blanched carrot.
