Pancakes with Banana & Chocolate

I love pancakes prepared in various ways, especially with chocolate. Today I have a healthier and even more delicious recipe. 

I show you a new recipe every day, outlining the beneficial effect of its ingredients on strengthening your immunity. In this case, sweet breakfast is great.

Bananas are a valuable source of antioxidants, i.e. carotenoids and vitamin C. We know that both of these ingredients contribute to maintaining good health. Studies have shown that a regular supply of vitamin C reduces the number of days we have a cold. What conclusions can we draw from this fact? Supply vitamin C in the form of vegetables and fruits with your daily diet, and you will stay healthy longer.

On the other hand, there’s theobromine in our recipe, which is a component of cocoa credited with reducing the effects of coughing. So if you’ve already come down with a cold, a small addition of cocoa will have a healthy effect on your body, it will improve your mood and help you recover faster.

 

Preparation:

I mixed all the ingredients thoroughly, sliced the banana and added it to the batter. I fried pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Then I decorated them with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with nuts.
