Baked poultry and zucchini pies
We had a lot of different types of pies – sweet , savory, and with vegetables.
However, I know that mix of vegetables and meat is quite popular among you. Therefore I’ve decided to create a mix pies. Remember to choose meat from a trusted source . Malls usually use chemicals in the meat , and for us its important to have a healthy and nutritious meal.
This pies can be taken to work or on a trip as they taste good even when served cold.
Mini pies with poultry and vegetables (serving for one person)
Wash the meat and grind it. Coarsely grate zucchini and drain the extra water. Mix it with meat and spices. Add an egg, mix it and form pies. Bake in the oven , for, approx. 25 minutes at 190 degrees .
