Fruit porridge
Breakfast in the summer is fresh fruit breakfast! Today I ate an ideal meal before a workout: porridge with pomegranate and raspberries.
I soaked oatmeal in warm water overnight (it reportedly helps to neutralize the harmful effect of gluten). In the morning I cooked it adding a little bit of water. Then I mixed it with a tablespoon of golden linseed, sunflower seeds and a tablespoon of honey. Finally, I enriched the porridge with fresh raspberries and pomegranate.
